Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of silversnout.co.uk and any purchase you make from Silver Snout.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable or there has been a pricing error. Your order is confirmed once we email you a confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that are already confirmed.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight variations in colour or dimensions can occur. Our products are designed for pet comfort and support. They are not medical or veterinary devices, and we make no medical claims about them. If you have concerns about your pet's health, please speak to your vet.

Payment

Payments are processed securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Returns

Covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, including your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
