Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Cost

Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery estimate

Most orders arrive within 7–14 days. We'll always do our best to get your pet's bed to them as quickly as we can.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected due to courier or seasonal delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, email hello@silversnout.co.uk and we'll chase it up, or arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, get in touch and we'll put it right.
