Refund & Returns Policy

We want your pet to love their Silver Snout bed. If you're not happy, you're covered.

Our 30-day comfort guarantee

If the bed isn't right for your pet, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@silversnout.co.uk and we'll arrange a refund or a replacement.

Because our beds are bulky, we usually won't ask you to post it back. In most cases we'll simply refund you and let you keep or rehome the bed. We'd rather sort things out quickly than put you through the hassle of a return.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a UK consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo at hello@silversnout.co.uk and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. You won't be charged for return postage.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are always entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for goods that are faulty or not as described.

How to start a return

Email hello@silversnout.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 working days.

Refunds

Once approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days.
